International House
Located at 27 Whitaker Place, Auckland City, this multi-storey residence is home to 171 students each year.
Situated in gardens with mature trees and only a few minutes walk from campus, the buildings of International House have received an award for enduring architecture. Brick and rimu finishes in the interior and large windows in every bedroom add to the appeal. Residents have the choice of twin-share or single bedrooms.
In-house facilities include a computer lab, library, music practice room with two pianos, common rooms with televisions and a well-equipped games room with big-screen Sky Television. All rooms provide Broadband internet connection through the Resnet system. An all-weather floodlit tennis court, with basketball and two volleyball courts, plus a games room with Foozeball table and table tennis provide ample recreational choices. Personal support is provided by Clive Boock (Residential Manager) and Jonathan Walter (Operational Manager).
Summer vacation accommodation is available at International House for students, including for Summer School. Conditions apply.
