About the residence
UniLodge is a high-rise and low-rise complex connected by a covered walkway located on both Anzac Ave and Beach Road, making it a short walk away from the University of Auckland General Library.
There are a number of recreation facilities for you to enjoy on-site which include a lap pool, sun deck, BBQ area, games room, theatre and gymnasium.
The Accommodation Management team which consists of the Area Manager, Area Administrator, Area Officer and Resident Advisors provide personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year. Our Resident Advisors all live on-site to ensure you have a duty person available 24 hours a day, and the UniLodge Building Management team are available at reception during office hours.

Every apartment comes furnished with bedroom room furniture, a wall mounted flat screenTV, and wireless internet connection. In one bedroom and shared 3/4 bedroom apartments couches are provided in the lounge.
You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen pack can be purchased from the residence prior to your arrival.
