Carlaw Park Student Village

Opening in February 2014, Carlaw Park Student Village is the University's newest purpose built student accommodation for new and returning undergraduate (not a school leaver), graduate and postgraduate students.

About Carlaw Park Student Village

Located adjacent to the Auckland Domain (the city's oldest park and home to the War Memorial Museum) and only a short walk from the Owen G. Glenn Building, Carlaw Park will be welcoming its first residents in February 2014.

Carlaw Park will be home to 433 residents in a combination of two, three and four bedroom apartments spread throughout four buildings ranging from four to seven levels. Each building's layout creates a secure outdoor area with direct access to shared common areas.

Priority placement will be given to new and returning postgraduate students, returning international students, both graduate and undergraduate as well as returning domestic students. A limited number of apartments will be designated for students with families.
